Introduction

The MobiliRide application is a product provided by Guoqi Pujin Intelligent Technology (Hefei) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Guoqi Pujin” or “we”) for recording and displaying motion data related to electric wheelchairs, as well as mobility vehicle settings and services.

Your trust is very important to us. We fully understand the importance of personal information to you. We will take corresponding security protection measures as required by laws and regulations and strive to keep your personal information secure and controllable. In view of this, Guoqi Pujin Intelligent Technology (Hefei) Co., Ltd. has formulated this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as “this Policy / this Privacy Policy”) and reminds you that:

Our product is developed based on DCloud uni-app (5+ App/Wap2App). During operation of the application, we need to collect your device unique identifiers (IMEI/android ID/DEVICE_ID/IDFA, SIM card IMSI information, and OAID) to provide statistical analysis services, and improve performance and user experience through analysis of application startup data and exception error logs, so as to provide better services to users. It should be specially noted that this Policy applies only to Guoqi Pujin products and services, and does not apply to services provided to you by other third parties, nor to products or services of Guoqi Pujin that have separately established independent privacy policies.

Before using any Guoqi Pujin product or service, please be sure to carefully read and thoroughly understand this Policy, especially the clauses marked in bold/bold underline, which you should read with particular attention, and begin use only after confirming that you fully understand and agree. If you have any questions, comments, or suggestions regarding the content of this Policy, you may contact us through the various contact methods provided by Guoqi Pujin.

The formulation and implementation of this Privacy Policy will follow the following principles: consistency of rights and responsibilities, purpose limitation, consent, minimum necessity, ensuring security, subject participation, and openness and transparency.

Part I Definitions

Guoqi Pujin: refers to the Guoqi Pujin mobile client (including but not limited to APP, mini programs, etc.).

Guoqi Pujin Service Provider: refers to Anhui Guoqi Pujin Zhixing Wujie Technology Co., Ltd., the provider of the Guoqi Pujin mobile client and software technical services, with its registered address in Anqing City, Anhui Province, China.

Affiliated Companies: refers to other companies that have a direct or indirect control relationship or equity relationship with Guoqi Pujin.

Personal Information: refers to various information recorded electronically or by other means that can identify a specific natural person alone or in combination with other information, or that reflects the activities of a specific natural person.

Sensitive Personal Information: refers to personal information including trajectory information, information of children aged 14 or under, etc. (we will prominently mark specific sensitive personal information in this Privacy Policy in bold, underline, or other ways).

Personal Information Deletion: refers to the act of removing personal information from systems involved in realizing daily business functions so that it remains in a state that cannot be retrieved or accessed.

Unless otherwise agreed, the definitions used in this Policy have the same meanings as those in the User Agreement.

I. How We Collect and Use Your Information

When you use our products and/or services, the scenarios in which we need/may need to collect and use your personal information include the following:

(1) To provide you with the basic functions of our products and/or services, you must authorize us to collect and use necessary information. If you refuse to provide the corresponding information, you will be unable to use our products and/or services normally;

(2) To provide you with additional functions of our products and/or services, you may choose to authorize us to collect and use information. If you refuse to provide it, you will be unable to use the relevant additional functions normally or achieve the functional effects we intend, but this will not affect your normal use of the basic functions of our products and/or services.

(3) To identify your device and prevent malicious programs and cheating, improve service security, and ensure operational quality and efficiency, we will collect your device information (including IMEI, device serial number, OAID, MEID, Android ID, IMSI, GUID, MAC address, and SIM card serial number), installed APP information, or running process information.

(4) In the following circumstances, we may also collect your personal information through indirect means, including:

a.During your registration and use, with your authorization, we may obtain other personal information about you from third parties for the prevention of Internet fraud and other illegal and criminal acts.

b.When you log in using a third-party account, we will obtain from the third party the account information you share (such as nickname, avatar, region, and gender), and after you agree to this Privacy Policy, bind that third-party account with your Guoqi Pujin account.

You understand and agree that:

1.We are committed to creating diverse products and services to meet your needs. Because we provide you with many types of products and services, and different users choose different specific product/service scopes, the corresponding basic/additional functions and the types and scopes of personal information collected and used will differ; please refer to the specific product/service functions;

2.To bring you a better product and service experience, we continuously strive to improve our technology. Accordingly, we may from time to time launch new or optimized functions, which may require the collection and use of new personal information or changes to the purpose or manner of personal information use. In such cases, we will separately explain to you the purpose, scope, and manner of collection of the corresponding information by updating this Policy, pop-ups, page prompts, or other means, and provide you with a way to independently choose to consent, and will collect and use such information only after obtaining your express consent.

3.We attach great importance to the security of your personal information. Therefore, we will take mature industry security standards and protection measures to protect your personal information. We will collect and use your personal information only for the following purposes stated in this Policy, and store it within the territory of the People’s Republic of China. If cross-border transfer is required, we will separately obtain your authorized consent or express consent. If your lawful rights and interests are damaged due to a security incident, we will bear corresponding responsibilities in accordance with laws and regulations.

4.If you expressly refuse the necessary information required for our core business functions, you may be unable to use our products or services normally.

In this process, if you have any questions, comments, or suggestions, you may contact us through the various contact methods provided by Guoqi Pujin, and we will answer you as soon as possible.

(I) We will collect and use your personal information to realize the following business functions under this Policy:

1.Helping you become our user

To register as a user and use our services, you need to independently provide a mobile phone number, password, and/or verification code to create a Guoqi Pujin account. At the same time, you may also independently set your nickname, avatar, gender, and birthday to complete your account information.

After you authorize login to Guoqi Pujin with a WeChat/QQ account, we will, based on your authorization, indirectly obtain the relevant account’s user identifier, login name, nickname, avatar, name, and login status information, and bind WeChat/QQ with your Guoqi Pujin account. You need to authorize us to obtain your nickname, avatar, region, and gender from WeChat/QQ. If you need to unbind your Guoqi Pujin account from your WeChat/QQ account, you may do so by tapping “Me,” tapping “User Avatar,” tapping “Bind WeChat/QQ Account,” and tapping “Confirm Unbind.”

If you only need to use browsing, search, and similar services, you do not need to register as a Guoqi Pujin user or provide the above information.

2.Providing you with Bluetooth search, connection, and Bluetooth data transmission functions

We will request location permission within the APP. After you enable location permission, we will access and obtain your location information (including approximate location information based on base stations and precise location information based on GPS) in order to search for nearby Bluetooth devices and connect to devices via Bluetooth to enjoy device function services, such as viewing device status information and setting device parameters. Please note that you may disable this permission in your mobile device system settings.

You understand and agree that the above services may require you to enable location information on your device to realize the collection and use of information involved in these permissions. You may view the status of the above permissions item by item in your device settings, and may decide on your own to enable or disable these permissions at any time.

3. Providing you with image saving functions

We will request storage permission within the APP. After you enable storage permission, we will access your mobile device storage permission so that photos can be saved locally to the device. Please note that you may disable this permission in your mobile device system settings.

(II) Others

1.If the information you provide contains the personal information of other users, before providing such personal information to Guoqi Pujin, you must ensure that you have obtained lawful authorization.

2.If we use information for other purposes not stated in this Policy, or use information collected for a specific purpose for other purposes, or if we actively obtain your personal information from third parties, we will obtain your consent in advance.

3.Our professional security team will strengthen the security of your personal information (including information obtained directly and indirectly) (including sensitive information filing, encrypted storage of sensitive information, access permission control, etc.), and for personal information obtained indirectly, we will confirm the legality of the source.

(III) Exceptions to Obtaining Authorized Consent

You fully understand and agree that we may collect and use your personal information in the following circumstances without your authorized consent, and we may not respond to your requests for correction/modification, deletion, cancellation, withdrawal of consent, or access to information:

1.Related to national security or national defense security;

2.Related to public security, public health, or major public interests;

3.Related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution of judgments or other judicial or administrative law enforcement;

4.Necessary to protect your or other individuals’ major lawful rights and interests such as life and property, but where it is difficult to obtain the consent of the person concerned;

5.Personal information that you publicly disclose to the public on your own;

6.Personal information collected from legally publicly disclosed information, such as legitimate news reports and government information disclosure channels;

7.Necessary for entering into and performing relevant agreements or other written documents with you;

8.Necessary for maintaining the secure and stable operation of the products and/or services provided, such as discovering and handling faults in products and/or services;

9.Necessary for legitimate news reporting;

10.Necessary for academic research institutions to conduct statistics or academic research based on public interests, and when providing academic research or descriptive results externally, the personal information contained in the results has been de-identified;

11.Other circumstances as provided by laws and regulations.

(IV) Rules for the Use of Personal Information

1.We will use the collected personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and to realize the functions of our products and/or services.

2.Please note that, according to applicable law, if we process personal information using technical measures and other necessary measures so that the data recipient cannot re-identify a specific individual and cannot restore the data, or if we may conduct de-identified research, statistical analysis, and prediction on the collected information to improve the content and layout of Guoqi Pujin, provide product or service support for business decisions, and improve our products and services (including using anonymous data for machine learning or model algorithm training), then the use of such processed data does not require separate notification to you or your consent.

3.We may also share the above statistical analysis information with the public or third parties to show the overall usage trends of our services, but such statistical information does not contain your personally identifiable information.

4.Information you independently provide or authorize us to collect will continue to authorize us to use it during your use of our products or services, unless you delete it or refuse collection through system settings. After you cancel your account, we will promptly delete your personal information or anonymize it; however, for personal information that needs to be retained as required by laws and regulations, we will properly keep it in accordance with laws and regulations.

5.If we stop operating Guoqi Pujin products or services, we will promptly stop continuing to collect your personal information, notify you of the cessation of operations by individual delivery or announcement, and delete or anonymize the personal information we hold related to the discontinued business.

II. How We Use Cookies and Similar Technologies

(I) Cookies

Guoqi Pujin may in the future establish websites that provide you with products and services. To ensure the normal operation of the website and to provide you with a more convenient access experience, we will store on your computer or mobile device Cookies, Flash Cookies, or other local storage provided by the browser or associated applications that usually contain identifiers, site names, and some numbers and characters (collectively, “Cookies”). With the help of Cookies, the website can store your preferences, items in your shopping cart, and other data.

If your browser or browser add-on services allow, you may modify the level of acceptance of Cookies or refuse our Cookies. For details, please see AboutCookies.org. However, if you do so, in some cases it may affect your secure access to our website, and you may need to change user settings every time you visit our website.

(II) Technologies Similar to Cookies

In addition to Cookies, we also use website beacons, pixel tags, ETags, and other similar technologies on websites.

For example, emails we send to you may contain address links to content on our website. If you click such a link, we will track the click to help us understand your product or service preferences, so that we can proactively improve customer service experience. Website beacons are usually transparent images embedded in websites or emails. With the help of pixel tags in emails, we can know whether an email has been opened. If you do not want your activities to be tracked in this way, you may unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time.

ETag (Entity Tag) is an HTTP protocol header transmitted behind the scenes between Internet browsers and Internet servers, and may serve as an alternative to Cookies. ETags can help us avoid unnecessary server load, improve service efficiency, and save resources and energy. At the same time, we may use ETags to record your identity so that we can better understand and improve our products or services. Most browsers provide users with the function of clearing browser cache data, and you may perform corresponding data clearing operations in browser settings. Please note, however, that if you disable ETags, you may not be able to enjoy a relatively better product or service experience.

(III) DCloud uni-app Technology

III. How We Share, Transfer, and Publicly Disclose Your Personal Information

(I) Sharing

We will not share your personal information with companies, organizations, or individuals other than the Guoqi Pujin Service Provider, except that, subject to taking adequate security measures, we may share in the following circumstances:

1.Sharing under statutory circumstances: We may externally share your personal information in accordance with laws and regulations, litigation, or dispute resolution needs, or as required by administrative or judicial authorities in accordance with the law.

2.Sharing with explicit consent: After obtaining your explicit consent, we will share your personal information with other parties.

3.Sharing based on your active choice: When you purchase goods or services through Guoqi Pujin, we will, based on your choice, share necessary transaction-related information in your order information with the relevant providers of goods or services to fulfill your transaction and after-sales service needs.

4.Sharing with affiliated companies: To facilitate information that may interest you, identify abnormal membership accounts, and protect the personal and property safety of Guoqi Pujin affiliated companies or other users or the public from infringement, your personal information may be shared with our affiliated companies and/or their designated service providers. We will only share necessary personal information and will be bound by the purposes declared in this Privacy Policy. If we share your sensitive personal information or if an affiliated company changes the purpose of use and processing of personal information, we will seek your authorized consent again.

5.Sharing with authorized partners: We may entrust authorized partners to provide certain services to you or perform functions on our behalf. Otherwise, you will be unable to use the relevant services properly. We will only share your information for the lawful, legitimate, necessary, specific, and clear purposes stated in this Privacy Policy. Authorized partners may only access the information necessary to perform their duties and may not use such information for any other purpose.

Currently, our authorized partners include the following types:

(1) Authorized partners for advertising and analysis services. Unless we obtain your permission, we will not share your personally identifiable information with partners that provide advertising or analysis services. We will entrust these partners to process information related to advertising coverage and effectiveness, but will not provide your personally identifiable information, or we will de-identify such information so that it does not identify you personally. Such partners may combine the above information with other data they lawfully obtain to perform the advertising services or decision recommendations entrusted by us.

(2) Suppliers, service providers, and other partners. We send information to suppliers, service providers, and other partners that support our business. Such support includes technical infrastructure services entrusted by us, analyzing how our services are used, measuring the effectiveness of advertising and services, providing customer service, payment facilitation, logistics and delivery, or conducting academic research and surveys.

6.Based on contractual agreements: Sharing with third parties as necessary pursuant to relevant agreements signed between you and us (including electronically signed online agreements and platform rules) or legal documents.

7.Based on reasonable commercial practice: For example, sharing prize information in joint marketing activities with third parties so that third parties can timely award prizes to you; or accepting due diligence in capital market activities under the premise of ensuring confidentiality and security.

8.Based on academic research: For example, as necessary for scientific research institutions to conduct statistics or academic research.

9.Use based on social public interests as provided by laws and regulations.

(II) Transfer

We will not transfer your personal information to any company, organization, or individual, except that, subject to taking adequate security measures, we will transfer in the following circumstances:

1.Transfer with explicit consent: After obtaining your explicit consent, we will transfer your personal information to other parties.

2.In the event of a merger, acquisition, or bankruptcy liquidation of the Guoqi Pujin Service Provider, or other circumstances involving merger, acquisition, or bankruptcy liquidation, if personal information transfer is involved, we will require the new company or organization that holds your personal information to continue to be bound by this Policy; otherwise, we will require such company, organization, or individual to seek your authorized consent again. At the same time, the personal information controller will change accordingly.

(III) Public Disclosure

We will publicly disclose your personal information only in the following circumstances:

1.With your explicit consent or based on your active choice, we may publicly disclose your personal information;

2.If we determine that you have violated laws and regulations or seriously violated relevant Guoqi Pujin agreements and rules, or to protect the personal and property safety of Guoqi Pujin and its affiliated companies’ users or the public from infringement, we may, in accordance with laws and regulations or relevant Guoqi Pujin agreements and rules and with your consent, disclose your personal information, including relevant violations and measures Guoqi Pujin has taken against you.

Before public disclosure, we will take security protection measures for your personal information as required by laws and regulations. At the same time, when we receive a request for public disclosure of information in accordance with laws and regulations, we will also require the requesting party to provide corresponding legal documents, such as investigation letters, assistance letters, or investigation orders.

(IV) Exceptions to Prior Authorized Consent for Sharing, Transfer, and Public Disclosure of Personal Information

In the following circumstances, sharing, transfer, or public disclosure of your personal information does not require your prior authorized consent:

1.Related to national security or national defense security;

2.Related to public security, public health, or major public interests;

3.Related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution of judgments or other judicial or administrative law enforcement;

4.Necessary to protect your or other individuals’ major lawful rights and interests such as life and property, but where it is difficult to obtain the consent of the person concerned;

5.Personal information that you publicly disclose to the public on your own;

6.Personal information collected from legally publicly disclosed information, such as legitimate news reports and government information disclosure channels.

Please note that, according to applicable law, if we process personal information using technical measures and other necessary measures so that the data recipient cannot re-identify a specific individual and cannot restore the data, then the sharing, transfer, or public disclosure of such processed data does not require separate notification to you or your consent.

IV. How We Protect Your Information

(I) We have taken industry-standard, reasonably feasible security protection measures to protect your personal information and prevent personal information from unauthorized access, public disclosure, use, modification, damage, or loss. We use encryption technologies to improve the security of personal information; we use trusted protection mechanisms to prevent personal information from malicious attacks; we deploy access control mechanisms and strive to ensure that only authorized personnel can access personal information; we use SSL for encrypted protection during data exchange; we also adopt https secure browsing for corresponding websites; and we hold security and privacy protection training courses to strengthen employees’ awareness of the importance of protecting personal information.

(II) We have completed evaluation requirements and obtained filing in accordance with the requirements of Level 3 of the Multi-Level Protection Scheme for cybersecurity.

(III) We have an industry-advanced data security management system centered on data and covering the data lifecycle, enhancing the security of the entire system from multiple dimensions such as organizational construction, system design, personnel management, and product technology.

(IV) We will take reasonably feasible measures to avoid collecting irrelevant personal information as much as possible. We will retain your personal information only for the period necessary to achieve the purposes stated in this Policy, unless the law has mandatory retention requirements. For example, the E-Commerce Law of the People’s Republic of China requires that information on goods and services and transaction information be retained for three years from the date of completion of the transaction. The Cybersecurity Law of the People’s Republic of China requires that relevant network logs be retained for no less than six months.

After your personal information exceeds the retention period, we will delete your personal information or anonymize it as required by applicable law.

(V) The Internet is not an absolutely secure environment. When using Guoqi Pujin services, we strongly recommend that you do not use non-Guoqi Pujin communication methods to send personal information. You may establish contacts and share with each other through our services. When you create communication, transactions, or sharing through our services, you may independently choose the counterparties for communication, transactions, or sharing, who, as third parties, will be able to see your transaction content, contact information, communication information, or shared content and other related information.

When conducting online transactions using Guoqi Pujin services, you will inevitably disclose your personal information, such as contact methods or contact addresses, to transaction counterparties or potential transaction counterparties. Please properly protect your personal information and provide it to others only when necessary. If you discover that your personal information, especially your account or password, has been leaked, please immediately contact Guoqi Pujin so that we can take corresponding measures based on your application.

Please note that information you voluntarily share or even publicly share when using our services may involve your or others’ personal information or even sensitive personal information. Please consider more carefully whether to share or even publicly share relevant information when using our services.

Please use complex passwords to help us ensure the security of your account. We will do our best to ensure the security of any information you send to us. If our physical, technical, or management protective facilities are compromised, resulting in unauthorized access, public disclosure, tampering, or destruction of information, and causing damage to your lawful rights and interests, we will bear corresponding legal liability.

(VI) We will irregularly update and publicly disclose security risks, personal information security impact assessment reports, and other related content, which you may obtain through Guoqi Pujin announcements.

(VII) In the unfortunate event of a personal information security incident, we will inform you as required by laws and regulations of: the basic situation of the security incident and its possible impact, the emergency plans we have taken or will take (such as emergency plans for information leakage, information damage or loss, etc.), suggestions for you to independently prevent and reduce risks, and remedial measures for you. We will inform you of the relevant situation of the incident by email, letter, phone, push notification, or other means. When it is difficult to inform personal information subjects one by one, we will take reasonable and effective means to issue an announcement.

At the same time, we will also report the handling of personal information security incidents as required by regulatory authorities.

Please understand that due to technical limitations and limitations in risk prevention, even though we have tried our best to strengthen security measures, we cannot always guarantee 100% security of information. You need to understand that the systems and communication networks you use when accessing and using our services may have problems due to reasons beyond our control.

V. How You Manage Your Information

According to the provisions of laws and regulations, you may access and manage your personal information in the following ways:

(I) Query Your Information

You have the right to query your information, except for exceptions provided by laws and regulations. You may access your personal information on your own in the following ways:

Account information: If you wish to access or edit the basic personal profile information in your account, you may do so by logging into your account through the Guoqi Pujin mobile client. The specific method is to open the Guoqi Pujin APP, tap “Me,” and tap account information to enter the personal profile page.

For other personal information generated during your use of our products or services, we will provide it to you in accordance with the relevant arrangements in “Responding to Your Above Requests” in item (VIII) of this Article.

(II) Correct or Supplement Your Personal Information

When you find that there is an error in the personal information about you that we process, you have the right to request that we make corrections or supplements. You may submit a correction or supplementation application through the methods listed in “(I) Access Your Personal Information.”

(III) Delete Your Personal Information

You may delete some of your personal information through the methods listed in “(I) Access Your Personal Information.”

In the following circumstances, you may submit a request to us to delete personal information:

1.If our processing of personal information violates laws and regulations;

2.If we collected and used your personal information without obtaining your explicit consent;

3.If our processing of personal information seriously violates our agreement with you;

4.If you no longer use our products or services;

5.If we no longer provide you with products or services.

If we decide to respond to your deletion request, we will also notify, to the extent possible, the entities that obtained your personal information from us and require them to delete it in a timely manner, unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations, or unless such entities have obtained your independent authorization.

After you or we assist you in deleting relevant information, due to applicable laws and security technologies, we may not be able to immediately delete the corresponding information from the backup system. We will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until the backup can be cleared or anonymized.

(IV) Change the Scope of Your Authorized Consent

Each business function may require some basic personal information to be completed (see “Part II, Article I” of this Privacy Policy). In addition, for the collection and use of additional personal information, you may contact us to grant or withdraw your authorized consent. You may also operate on your own by deleting personal information or disabling device permissions through device settings. If you want to enable or disable permission grants, you need to open your phone settings, find our application in the application list, and tap to enter to view or modify permission settings.

Please note that enabling any permission means you authorize us to collect and use relevant personal information to provide you with the corresponding services. Once you disable any permission, it means you have withdrawn the authorization, and we will no longer continue to collect and use personal information based on the corresponding permission, and will also be unable to provide you with the services corresponding to that permission. However, your decision to withdraw consent will not affect personal information processing previously carried out based on your authorization.

(V) Account Cancellation by the Personal Information Subject

If you need to cancel your account, you may tap “Legal Information and Privacy Management” in the APP and then tap “Cancellation Service” to enter the cancellation process, and apply for account cancellation according to the steps. After the application is completed, the account will be cancelled.

After you actively apply to cancel your account, we will stop providing products or services to you, and delete your personal information or anonymize it as required by applicable law.

(VI) Obtaining a Copy of Personal Information by the Personal Information Subject

You have the right to obtain a copy of your personal information. You may contact us through the contact methods provided in this Policy. We will reply to your request within 15 working days.

(VII) Constraining Automated Decision-Making by Information Systems

In certain business functions, we may make decisions based solely on non-manual automated decision-making mechanisms including information systems and algorithms. If these decisions significantly affect your lawful rights and interests, you have the right to require us to provide an explanation, and we will also provide appeal methods on the premise of not infringing upon Guoqi Pujin’s trade secrets or the rights and interests of other users or social public interests.

(VIII) Responding to Your Above Requests

To ensure security, you may need to provide a written request or otherwise prove your identity. We may first require you to verify your identity before processing your request.

We will respond within 15 days. If you are not satisfied, you may also initiate a complaint through Guoqi Pujin customer service.

For your reasonable requests, we generally do not charge fees; however, for repeated requests that exceed a reasonable limit, we will charge a certain fee as appropriate. For information not directly related to your identity, unfounded repeated information, or requests that require excessive technical means (for example, requiring the development of a new system or fundamentally changing current practices), pose risks to the lawful rights and interests of others, or are impractical, we may refuse them.

In the following circumstances, in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations, we will be unable to respond to your request:

1.Related to national security or national defense security;
